Subscription Upgrade

When upgrading your subscription with Cetra for Physios, the following terms and conditions apply:

Upgrade eligibility: Upgrades to your current subscription plan are available at any time during your subscription period. The new plan's features and pricing will take effect immediately upon completion of the upgrade process.

Proration of fees: Any applicable fees for the upgraded plan will be prorated based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. The adjusted amount will be charged immediately, and future billing will reflect the new subscription rate.

Commitment term: Upgrading your subscription may result in a new commitment term, depending on the nature of the upgrade and the selected plan. Any previous commitment terms will be superseded by the new terms associated with the upgraded plan.

Introductory pricing: If you are upgrading from a plan with introductory pricing, the introductory offer will be void upon upgrading. The pricing for the new plan will be determined based on the rates applicable at the time of the upgrade.

Billing authorisation: By upgrading your subscription, you authorise Health Books UK Ltd to charge the payment method on file for any prorated amounts and subsequent subscription fees under the new plan.  No downgrades or reversions: Once an upgrade is processed, downgrading or reverting to the previous subscription plan is not permitted within the same billing cycle. Should you wish to change your plan again, this will take effect from the next billing cycle, subject to the terms and conditions of the chosen plan.

Additional users and features: Any additional users, features, or services included in the upgraded plan will be subject to the terms and conditions associated with that plan. All users added under a multi-user plan must comply with the usage terms outlined by Cetra for Physios.

Termination rights: Cetra for Physios reserves the right to terminate your subscription or restrict access to certain features if you fail to comply with these terms or if there is any misuse of the upgraded plan's features.
Subscription Downgrade

The following terms and conditions apply when downgrading your subscription with Cetra for Physios:

Downgrade eligibility: Downgrades to your current subscription plan are permitted at any time during the billing cycle. The selected downgrade will take effect immediately. Any applicable fees for the downgrade will be prorated based on when you downgrade in your current billing cycle.

Billing adjustments: Downgrades will result in a reduction of subscription fees beginning with the next billing cycle. There will be no refunds or credits issued for the current billing cycle, even if the downgrade is requested mid-cycle.

Loss of features: By downgrading, you acknowledge that certain features, services, or access levels available under your current plan may no longer be available. Health Books UK Ltd is not liable for any loss of data, content, or functionality resulting from the downgrade of your Cetra for Physios account.

Commitment term: If your current subscription includes a commitment term, downgrading may reset or alter the term of your subscription agreement. Any changes will be communicated to you at the time of the downgrade request.

Account adjustments: Downgrading your subscription may require adjustments to your account, including the removal of additional users, and limitations on content access. You are responsible for ensuring your account complies with the new plan's restrictions.

No reversion: Once a downgrade is processed, you may not revert to your previous plan within the same billing cycle. Any subsequent upgrades or changes will be subject to the terms and conditions of the newly selected plan.

Termination rights: Cetra for Physios reserves the right to terminate your subscription or restrict access to services if you fail to comply with these terms or if the downgrade results in misuse of the platform.

Automatic renewal: Your downgraded plan will be subject to automatic renewal under the terms and pricing in effect at the time of renewal unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Annual plans: By opting to pay for our plan annually, you agree that downgrades will not be permitted until your renewal window opens. Once the renewal window is open, you will have the option to select a different plan that better suits your needs.

Outstanding balances: Health Books UK Ltd reserves the right to pursue any unpaid amounts through appropriate legal channels.

We will retain your data for thirty (30) days from the date of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to our services.

Permanent deletion: After the 30-day retention period, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems. This data will not be recoverable under any circumstances.
