Michael O'Reilly

Upper Quadrant Specialist, Physiotherapist, Educator, Inventor of the OptiNeck Balance Wedge
Michael O'Reilly is an Upper Quadrant Specialist Physiotherapist and Educator and Innovator. With approximately 20 years of specialisation in neck pain management, Michael has developed a deep understanding of the causes and effective treatments for this increasingly common issue in the information age.

He regularly shares his expertise with both corporate and medical professional audiences, focusing on neck-related disorders. Utilising his extensive experience in physiotherapy, spanning over 25 years, Michael created the OptiNeck Balance Wedge®, a patented exercise device that addresses the fundamental causes of many upper quadrant conditions, including issues in the neck, shoulder, arm, and upper back.

In addition to his work in physiotherapy, Michael has a notable presence in motor sport, treating a growing number of racing drivers with sport and incident-related neck and shoulder issues. He is the Director of Optimised Physio Solutions Ltd and has been the Owner of Weybridge & Walton Physiotherapy since June 2005.
